Help Line
Overview
We are able to offer a telephone Help Line service, whereby regular
customers can raise their personnel and employment law queries
with a Personnel Manager.
How It Works
Regular customers may register for 12 months membership of the service.
An initial subscription of £60 (ex VAT) is paid in advance.
The customer is issued with a contact telephone number and a PIN
number.
The subscription entitles the customer to 60 minutes of telephone
contact time with a Personnel Manager.
Thereafter throughout the year additional units of 30 minutes can be
purchased for £30 (ex VAT), payable in advance.
At the end of the year the customer can subscribe for another year,
by paying £60 (ex VAT) for a new annual subscription.
Time not used up by the end of the subscription year cannot be
carried over to the next subscription year.
The subscription year runs from the date the £60 subscription is
paid.
